The Learning Resource Centre was filled with Aspiring Medics from a range of year groups to hear a talk entitled An Introduction to reading Medicine by Peter Rawling. Peter was a Deputy Headteacher who now works for a company that specialises in helping students achieve the very best. He has a wealth of experience in assisting students looking to study at Russell Group universities as well as an excellent knowledge of medical and associated courses.

The talk covered making successful applications to universities as well as giving an insight into the range of options available for students interested in medicine, dentistry, biomedical sciences, optometry and similar courses.
