On our annual Open Evening, I was one of the Tour Guides for parents and children of our potential Year 7 students this year. The children were accompanied by their parents to meet our teachers and take a tour of the School.  All the parents I spoke to were left with a lasting, positive impression of Heston, with the children eager to join in and learn more about Heston through the activities in each department. Their interest was particularly sparked in the science experiments conducted in the Science Area, which had amazing displays and activities for all our visitors to experience. The fact that the parents could ask the Tour Guides questions about our school and receive sincere responses from current students, was really useful to the parents.
