Heston students participated in a consultation, led by the Hounslow Youth Council, about Knife Crime in the borough. Issues discussed included hotspots for knife crime; an examination of possible solutions; educating young people and support for the local community.

“This was a really worthwhile exercise as it involved those most affected – the young people. We worked together as a team to explore common solutions and I feel empowered to discuss the problem with friends and to take action within the local community.”
