DEAR Year 7
DEAR means Drop Everything And Read and is part of Year 7's Accelerated Reader Programme
The Year 7 Accelerated Reader Programme is proving to be a huge success. Every day each Year 7 class follows DEAR - Drop Everything And Read. This encourages the students to read consistently and improve a range of their literacy skills.
After every book read, the students have an on-line quiz which assesses their understanding of the book.
Well done to Yeray Afonso (pictured above) who has been awarded the Accelerated Reader certificate for outstanding progress.
