HEARING IMPAIRED TEACHING ASSISTANT

The School is seeking to appoint, as soon as possible, an enthusiastic Hearing Impaired Teaching Assistant to compliment the work currently being done by the Hearing Impaired Unit. The skills required for the role include excellent communication and organisation, as well as being able to  support in mainstream classes in a calm and professional manner. The right person will be accountable to the Head of the Hearing Impaired Unit.

Scale 5 posts involve a higher level knowledge across a range of SEN. There would be a greater contribution to the planning and assessment of learning needs and a more proactive involvement in the provision of support.

The school is seeking to appoint, as soon as possible, a cleaner with personal qualities and skills of the highest order to compliment the work currently being done by the school site team.

The school cleaner will work as part of a team to perform a variety of regular and one – off cleaning tasks ad duties as directed by their supervisor/line manager. Heston Community School is a very successful well-presented, well maintained Secondary School.
