The skills required for the role include excellent communication, organisational and ICT, as well as being able to deliver quality customer service to students, parents/carers and any visitors to the School, in a calm, efficient and professional manner.

The role consists of the oversight and management of the Main School Office, facilitating students, visitors and callers to the School, including routine administration duties such as typing correspondence, producing documents, processing post, bulk photocopying and other miscellaneous administrative duties. The Office Manager will be working with the existing Team of four including this post.

Duties will include collating and monitoring student attendance, student welfare support including first aid. Good communication and ICT skills are essential along with an interest in the education of young people.

EXAM INVIGILATORS

The School is seeking to appoint casual Examination Invigilators who are able to work sessions between the hours of 8.15am – 4:30pm. The position would be well suited to someone who is looking for part-time and/or flexible days.

Duties include supervision of on-line tests and the invigilation for external examinations in the examination hall. You may also be asked to scribe or read for individual students after a qualifying period. The main examination season is May and June.
