Open Evening this year broke all previous records for attendance – up nearly 40% on last year! Well before the gates were opened to prospective students and their parents, the queue snaked along the front of the School, everyone waiting to see for themselves the outstanding facilities, meet the proud students and hear the Headteacher speak.

As always, the students provided the strongest insight into the range of opportunities available to them at the School, meeting parents as guides and helpers around the site.

In the fully-packed Hall, first-hand accounts of their experiences at different stages of their School careers, came from Hadia Khwaja [Yr7], Khalid Abdullahi [Yr8], Hifza Yakoub [Yr 12] and Jasleen Nagi [Yr 12], giving parents an idea of the range of opportunities and support available to all students throughout their time at Heston.
