This day will be an ‘Arts Activity Day’ for Years 7 – 10 based around creativity and making skills combined with group working skills as they build a scale model landscape. These activities are part of our Specialist School provision and are designed to have an impact on student approaches to learning and are activity based.

 

Years 11, 12 and 13 will have more specific sessions as detailed below.

 Year 11 will have English and Maths Workshops

 Year 12 will focus on improving their Academic Literacy and Critical Thinking Workshops

 Year 13 will be undertaking a variety of workshops to support UCAS

 

Students must wear full school uniform (Normal Smart Dress Code for Post-16). Meeting times and the exact locations of the activity will be given to students during registration.

 

The timings and structure of the day is as follow:

08:45 Session 1

11:15 Lunch

12:15 Session 2
