The Essentials Guide for Parents/Carers

This is an extremely important period in your son/daughter’s academic life, ensuring that they choose the right university and the right course are vitally important.  Getting it wrong could prove costly both academically and financially.

The purpose of the evening will be to equip you with the necessary knowledge to support your child through the application process.

The meeting will last no more than an hour and will cover the following topics:

• Why Higher Education?
• Choosing a University and course
• The UCAS application process
• How to track your son/daughter’s application
