ACADEMIC MENTORING DAY is a day when all students and their parents will have an individual meeting with their son's/daughter's tutor.

Letters with specific appointment times for each student are posted to parents/carers

Parents and students (in full school uniform) should arrive 10 minutes before their appointment time.

The overall purpose of the day is for a learning conversation to take place between the student, parent and tutor which focuses on ‘what the student is doing well’ and ‘what they must do to progress further’. The latest attainment data will be provided at this meeting. 

Students will be set work to complete at home on the day as the only time students will be in school on this day is for their specific appointment.
