All teaching will:- • Allow learners to make at least good progress. • Lay the foundations for a lifetime of learning through providing active, challenging and enjoyable learning experiences for learners. In turn, learners will be involved in, and aware of, the process of learning and become increasingly independent, taking responsibility for their own learning. • Include the explicit use of learning ladders to support self, peer and teacher assessment.
