A Passion for Learning Raising the aspirations and achievement of our community to ensure potential The School Improvement Plan Summary 2009/2010 The Whole School Priorities for the coming academic year are based around the OFSTED report (Nov'08), RAISEonline (Jan'09), the JSR (Dec'08) and lesson observations completed during Borough Reviews as well as those by Senior and Middle Leaders. By narrowing down our focus we believe the aims outlined in our three year plan will be more efficiently delivered. All Teams within the School should see the following foci as the core priorities which will guide the direction and vision for the 2009/2010 academic year: 1. Improve teaching and learning so that it is consistently good or better and raises the standards and achievement of all students. Students timetables for Year 11 Mock and Maths Module exams have gone home. Any problems please see Year 11- Post 16 Pathways Evening
Thursday 27th January 2011 6pm – 8pm “Planning for after GCSE’s” New Teaching and Learning Policy
All teaching will:- • Allow learners to make at least good progress. • Lay the foundations for Yr 13 Subject Evening
